BuildCraft Compat error when logging in #274

"Error executing task

java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: The object net.minecraftforge.oredict.ShapedOreRecipe@210fc405 (name buildcraftcompat:pipe_item_propolis_colorless) is being added too late."

I get this error when anyone tries to log in (I own the server) Dell Poweredge 2950

The error sounds familiar but it isn't in this github already and I can't remember the solution. Let me investigate.

I am a DBA/Programmer and own the dellpoweredge 2950 server in my house. If there is anything you want me to try just let me know would gladly help out any way I can
