@xymsh We have found that external traffic to the download site at cs.stanford.edu is currently blocked. The site is showing as down from multiple access points. It is possible the authors of this paper are unaware of the problem (being on the same network). Hopefully, they will provide another method for downloading the data. For all intents and purposes, this repository is not functional due to this problem.

There is large power outage currently affecting Stanford services due to a nearby fire, which has unfortunately also shut down our servers. Hopefully these will come back online shortly; I will update this ticket when it happens.

Is it possible to upload the file to google drive and share the file link?

@xymsh Looks like Stanford will be without power for several days. The files are on their servers, so it's unlikely they will be able to transfer to 3rd party cloud storage. Let's hope they get things under control in Edgewood.
