A GUI to select the file and enter the different options might be nice

I have thought of that, but myself being mostly command-line oriented I didn't assign a too high priority. I will gladly accept a pull request if you feel like implementing it, if not, I will probably code it eventaully (but I cannot say when).

I made a little GUI for Pdf Presenter Console. I can try to port it to PDFpc.

I ported the code to PDFPC. You can check it from my git branch. I'll ask for a pull to davvil.
