Compiling on Ubuntu 12.10 fails #48

I cannot compile pdfpc due to gstreamer dependencies missing, i have the following errors and a list of all my installed gstreamer packages attached:

Does someone know what exactly is missing to get it working?

The missing bit was libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev
