[Feature Suggestion] Onboard Displays #164

A good addition to onboard announcements would be the emulation of in-coach displays to show information being spoken by the announcement.

Not all the operators have this, etc SWT uses Celia but she doesn't have all the announcements

Some work for this is already complete, such as for the Thameslink Class 700. It would need a fair chunk more to modernise and bring up to scratch to my modern code standards though, plus the implementation along with the announcements.

it's also a bit late to record all of the Celia announcements for SWT/SWR, since they are rapidly being replaced with Elinor.
