Removed monkey patch as the fix is now in upstream

Sorry the change is not tested, I couldn't figure out how to run the game with my local version of the game/installation.

After doing bundle install it complains that it has no such file to load pirate_game. rake newb also results in an error.

So not sure, maybe other changes in shoes upstream break something not sure.
