This is the minimum amount of changes necessary to make this still build and work with sources/lib/sf3/ removed. All in one commit so it can later (when the licence incompatibility will be resolved) easily be git reverted. (And this is my intention: once #105 will be resolved by @anatoly-os in https://github.com/musescore/sftools/issues/29 we can just git revert 0b21fa69faa9dac60bfb13dd0666e217e828edc5 then change the sources/lib/sf3/* files to use the new licence header they provided; this might also be a chance to update them to latest MuseScore-sftools code.)
