Moving Agatha.Castle to Castle.Windsor 3.0.0 #27

This moves the NET40, but not Silverlight, version of Agatha to using the current version of Castle.Windsor 3.0. The changes required were minor in the project itself, and involved replacing a simply helper extension method in Tests. I also updated the nuspec, but did not repackage or update the binaries as I assumed you'd want to ensure the build was trusted for that.

thx, but i just merged another pull request that upgraded all of the containers to their latest versions
