Fix Parmetis linking issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with default compiler/linker. #8

There was a link-time error where DCO symbols for pow@@GLIBC were missing. This corrects the issue and now parmetis can be built with the default compiler (tested with GCC 4.8.4), GCC 4.9.3 and GCC 5.2.1.
