Missing commits to maurer; test against Entware-backports #4

Just the printer stack updates.

Opened issue @maurerr and listed as many commits from Entware/ryzhov as I could remember.

Rerolled ipks, it works, but mix-and-match between Entware-ng and Entware-backports would be a mess. (2.2.6 with 4 libcups* packages, hplip dependency on libcupsimage ,etc. VS cleaner 2.2.10 cups + libcups + hplilp-full).

Result: 1) leave the Entware-ng support package there for any legacy users 2) follow Maurer's lead and wait for him to adopt commits. Once this is all settled, consider making a support package for Entware-backports. Perhaps --only-- cups & libcups will be needed.

Most of this is just packaging and getting the feed straight and fresh.

All patches uploaded.

New packages tested and seem to be OK.

Waiting for the main Entware-backports feed to be refreshed so that it can be retested.

We are also working through a few oddities regarding sane-backends and hplip-full behavior.
