fix the seed issue of a blank last login #3

Not a problem, I also couldn't get the form to re-populate when the user creation wan failing. I looked at the code and everything I have read so far says that it should be working.

Just learning Laravel as I come from Codeigniter so couldn't fully debug/help etc.
