Fourth Year Masters project at University of Birmingham, investigating the helium glitch with asteroseismology to obtain a measure of helium abundance in stars.
I've been having an experiment with different ways of implementing the decay into the model, and this is the closest I've got so far. Convergence appears to have worked well on a couple of stars, however there are a couple which it is still struggling on. Any ideas (other than increasing iterations) that could improve the situation?
