Added Zeitgeist logging for application panel

Allow application panel to push events into Zeitgeist when an application is launched. This will allow us to list most launched applications

Will this also be added to MyZone, since that's the other user visible place to launch an app.

yep i am looking ot sync development with KA who finished the implementations on the myzone side
