race condition with gui being hidden with no window or Systray. #34

Hey @heramerom

the problem is that the gui does not die, but you can not see the tray or window and so you can't see anything and the only way to kill the app is to kill it via the OS.

I think it might be to do with the toggles in the GUI that allowed us to control if the system started up the tray or not ?

I am on Mac so I dont know if it does this on windows, but I can test on my win amr64 virtual machine.

actually I remember the GUI had a screen to toggle the Systray. But now I dont see that screen.
