Great job on putting together this feature request. I appreciated how simple and elegant the solutions you proposed for using the query parameters as a way to filter and sort through different search results. What you did good was explained some key implementations that could be put into your React app that could get this going. What I feel like there could have been more of is maybe visual examples of what you were thinking of as well as maybe if you are planning to just filter out by amount of search results or filter out by other conditions such as genre, artist, year, etc. Overall, I enjoyed this feature request and think you did a fantastic job!
