[x] How to implement? (post to the wiki)
[x] How do I handle difficulty? Do I have to worry about it? Or will the matrices just take care of themselves?

No need to worry about difficulty. It is taken care of. I put the info in the wiki, but suffice it to say that I'm not using an actual dependency matrix. Should make an object instead.
