INSSTATUS_TIME_ERROR seems deprecated or not available in VN300 #125

It appears this field: INSSTATUS_TIME_ERROR = 0x08, ///< \brief INS filter loop exceeds 5 ms.

is deprecated or not supported in VN300 hardware.

I am happy to fix and create a PR but unsure about the impacts on other hardware.
