DONE:
You can scan by memory presets.
You can scan by "Frequency Step" between "Frequency Start" and "Frequency Stop"
Both support forwards, backwards at speeds of 1second, 1/2 second, 1/3 second and 1/4 second.
Rotary selects speeds
Rotary press also pause the scanning
Menu button selects current tuning
Back button gets you back

Auto stopping based on squelch level :)
Overlay a bar on the vertical S-meter to show the squelch level
Quick access to squelch settings with long hold of one of the buttons?
