What Changed:

• updated the json-server.py under each crud action to new include tags
• added imports to views/init.py
• made the create, update and delete functions for tags

Testing Steps:

• pull down the branch

• run the json server

• make a POST request using postman to http://localhost:8088/tags

• using the following syntax add it to the body of the post request: { "label": "Python" }

-make a PUT request using postman to http://localhost:8088/tags/3

• using the following syntax add it to the body of the post request: { "label": "HTTP" }

-make a DELETE request using postman to http://localhost:8088/tags/3
