Update material design icon fonts/css to release 2.2.0. #253

Just downloaded the 2.2.0 zip from https://github.com/zavoloklom/material-design-iconic-font/releases/download/2.2.0/material-design-iconic-font.zip, extracted, copied into the tree.

I ran both 'lein ci' (and verified that all the tests passed and the compile succeeded), and 'lein watch' (and verified that the demo looked right, and got no test failure messages.) Not sure if there is anything else I should do before sending the PR?
