Add an option on single-dropdown to allow custom entries #92

I'd like to add this option new allow-other? to single-dropdown. It would make dropdown behave more like a autocomplete suggestion input rather than a choice selection. I'm not sure if it would be better to create another component, or maybe extend the input itself.
