Feature Request: On Event, apply cursor style to parent or container

Description

• Request: On Event, apply the cursor class to the parent/container.
  • Rationale: This will keep the related css cursor visible while the event is still occurring and when the user cursor is not directly hovering over the related control. This is most prevalent whilst having event throttling set to anything greater than 0, though it is still visible at 0.
  • Benefit: This ensures the affordance that the cursor initially provides while directly hovering above the control, at all times.
