Update for gen 9 filter #117

Its been a long time no update from this app, there's now new gen 9 (paldea) on pokemon go, can you guys add the new gen 9 filter in the filter section, its hard to hunt this new pokemon without the filter section, thanks

It's time to update WeCatch with the ninth-generation filter; I hope they do it before this Paldea event ends
