mobileconfig PayloadTypes that contain Password keys are not idempotent #13

There are 3 known PayloadTypes that contain password keys:

The Password value for these types of Payloads is not idempotent. Changing the value of the Password key does not trigger a Puppet apply.

Issue fixed in 0.4.2
