.tmTheme files are now in /legacy, so this slight README tweak fixes the installation instructions

Could you update this to point at /sublime instead. Legacy are the old ones before the new generation process. :)

Thanks buddy. Sorry to be showing the sublime favouritism on the folder name, but it's the editor I use. :)
