Disabling default Sublime Text 3 icons #159

Hi there :)

As of the latest ST3 build it includes a default set of sidebar icons, this doesn't look very good with the Space Gray theme icons. I updated the sublimeui pattern to disable it in builds. I also rebuild all the theme files.
