[request] phpStorm-compatible version of itg.dark.tmTheme #164

After spending ages using Sublime + Monokai Dark I found the itg.flat theme, which includes a beautiful dark syntax colour scheme. I have since switched to phpStorm and really felt let down by their meagre offering of colour schemes, despite the excellence of the IDE itself. I've spent the past few days researching how to import Sublime colour schemes into phpStorm to no avail, all I found is an old Python script that doesn't quite get it right despite being from JetBrains themselves.

Any chance you could take the time to convert itg.dark.tmTheme to be compatible with phpStorm?

Same for me. It would be nice to have the theme in PHPStorm :).
