The descriptions should describe or provide more information about the schemes, not make assumptions about the people that might choose them.
Examples:
Carbonite
"for boring people" might be better described as "A monochromatic theme"
Lavender
"one for the ladies" might be better described as "Just what it says on the tin"
You got offended choosing "Carbonite" didn't you ? :p
I'll add 'for those without a sense of humour' to Carbonite? ;)
