Added GloomDark Theme #60

This theme is based on Gloom theme.

Mine is darker :) Darker comments it fits the Soda Dark.sublime-theme

Haha ok man :) I plan to do something similar across all the themes actually, kind of like a highcontrast set :)

Might rename this to peacockdark btw, cos it's not really green anymore which was the key feature to Gloom :D
