This theme package isnt installing in ST3

Really? Can you please explain, why you can't install it? You can use Package Control to install it or run git into your packages folder.

I have tested it on ST3 myself, and have many users using the themes with the new version. Perhaps you need to ensure that you have the ST3 version of package control?

Just installed and works totally fine on my end too.

May I recommend you add in that this works for Sublime Text 3 in the readme to avoid possible future confusion?
