Installing v1.00-19 causes Windows 7 to crash #52

Hello,

This issue was reported by a GIMX user: https://gimx.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2370

v1.00-19 is installed at the end of the GIMX setup. The setup automatically checks at startup if KB3033929 is installed: https://github.com/matlo/GIMX-build/blob/5181cb1981bfc9c1b0f386bfab767e27469ac703/windows/inno.iss#L192

Note that v1.00-15 worked fine.

In order to debug this effectively, can you please provide me with dump file?

Sadly the user is no more able to reproduce this. User indicated some operations that were performed before installation got successful: https://gimx.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?p=13314#p13314
