Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we have a 5 second timeout hardcoded when detecting if the server has started. If the server exits within the 5 seconds, it means it failed to start. This is not ideal as it isn't a strong guarantee that the server actually started.
Describe the solution you'd like
We need to implement a healtcheck method that will return if the server is started or not.
