Rebuild Workspace Project #598

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no way to rebuild the existing Workspace Project instance if there is a configuration change. The only possible solution/workaround is creating a new Workspace - that is far from ideal.

Describe the solution you'd like Daytona should provide a rebuild command and a mechanism to rebuild the Workspace Project instance while keeping the existing volume(s).

This issue is being closed because it is handled in #697.

daytona rebuild will not be handled in #697 after all. We will add that as part of this issue.
