server configuration fails to make directory

Describe the bug

When doing a server configuration it fails because a directory can't be made?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fresh install
2. daytona server configure
3. Accept defaults
4. See error

Expected behavior I expected it would create the directories. It didn't I checked and also they were not there before.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Mac 14.4.5
• Daytona Version: v0.16

More context: The issue is caused by https://github.com/daytonaio/daytona/blob/main/pkg/views/server/configure.go#L153 which attempts to create a directory on the host machine while the configuration could be edited for a remote server. Mkdir should be executed on the server and not on the CLI.
