Describe the bug When running daytona code on the workspace that was running for more than 24h the code server is getting installed again. Check screenshot.

OS: macos sonoma plus ubuntu 24
Daytona Version: 0.25.1

Changed the title since the bug is actually the extensions being reinstalled. The codeserver is not reinstalled. Maybe the confusion is in the Waiting for code server to install... message. We're open to suggestion for changing that.
