Jupyter Notebook IDE Support

Add the the Jupyter Notebook IDE to the Daytona IDE list.

It should be implemented in the same way as the current VS Code - Browser implementation:

• the IDE runtime is downloaded on the fly
• after the IDE is started, the IDE port must be forwarded and the URL is automatically opened in the browser
