Application port preview links #95

When the application runs in the workspace, Daytona will detect the port and will create a preview link that can be shared with other users. The link can be set to private or public.

This feature can be accessed from the web IDE, the VSCode Extension, and the JB Plugin. It should be documented for all three interfaces.
