Unless there is another file set to open and there is a readme in the repo would suggest auto open the readme Describe the solution you'd like Once VS Code (local or browser) and Jetbrains opens and is set to auto open the readme - this feature is implemented in Codespaces and really useful

Transferred this from Daytona as this is related to JB/VS Code extensions. We opened #8 and #9 to track progress on those.
