Accessibility Check #15

It would be nice for someone to go over the site with a tool like aXe and fix all of the accessibility issues. http://www.deque.com/products/axe/

Also create an npm target so we can run it on demand and integrate in with an automated build.

Hi @bowmanmc! I'd be happy to run some accessibility tests, using aXe as one example. This sounds like it could be several issues, if lots of problems crop up. Integrating it into your build sounds like a separate issue, too, but I can look at your build and see how that could be done.
