Responsive - I anticipate many users will be hitting this on a mobile device, either while at an event or while driving to/from an event.
Sass - Highly recommended to use sass with bourbon/neat
Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design documents should go in the /design folder. To save some work, it might be best to get approval for a mockup from an organizer before building things out (we'll update this issue when one is approved).
