Support void:DatasetDescription #15

void:DatasetDescription is used to describe the VoID file (for example: http://www.openphacts.org/specs/2012/WD-datadesc-20121019/examples/chembl-rdf-void.ttl )

This is a proposal to support void:DatasetDescription so, VoID files can be documented.

Maybe the solution should be the creation of a VoID viewer
