feat: release 0.7.0

[dayvar14]

This release introduces a huge refactoring that allows for better grouping among other features.

• Can now toggle reactions
• Grouping is more accurate
• Grouping is now done via select.
• moved away from using popover api to inhouse popover
• Can now add more turns for a group
