Use command line import .dtu file crashed #14

Drag the .dtu file into UE5 is normal, but use cmd import .dtu file crashed,like this: UnrealEditor.exe D:\UE5\MyProject\MyProject.uproject -run=ImportAssets source=D:\BaiduNetdiskDownload\ASPumps\ASPumps.dtu -dest=/ -importsettings=""

The default DTU import procedure assumes an interactive session with GUI present. This may be the source of the crash you are experiencing. I will try to review this specific scenario and your error-log when I have time, but it will probably be several days.

There is actually an undocumented batch-processing system built into the plugin. You can activate it by putting a text file named "autoexec-jobpool.txt" into the root of your unreal project folder. This file should contain a list of full directory paths to FBX files exported by the DazToUnreal DazStudio plugin. For more information about how it works, please refer to the source code:
