Sorry for the late response: I can't reproduce your problems. Facial bones for Genesis 8 and Genesis 8.1 seem to be working correctly in Unreal 4.27. I am able to move them and affect the mesh as expected. If you are still having these issues, please post the name of the Figure and the generated DTU file.
without morph target, i moved face bones to make facial expressions.
they not represent in Ue4 editor.
i tested with arm pose, arm pose successfully show but face bones are not.
