[bug] Can't start FMD #1427

[X] I'm using the latest version.
[X] All website modules are up to date.
[X] This is not a website module issue.

System information

Windows 10 64-bit

Describe the bug

I built a new pc today and after that, I can't access FMD somehow. When I try to, it says this: Old ones work.

To Reproduce

Double click FMD
Error happens
No other options to either terminate or show details
Terminate

Expected behavior

Double click FMD It begins loading Opens up without issues

Never mind. It worked after I replaced the libwebp.dll file with an older one.
