[feature request] Mangadex : mark chapter read after download #626

Hello.

Since Mangadex has released it's V5 API, I was wondering if this feature is planned:

Using the user credentials, mark chapters as read after downloading them.

This was available with the previous versions of FMD and Mangadex API, but with the recent changes, I see that even the Accounts entry for Mangadex has been removed/is unavailable.

Sorry if this description is a little short, but I don't think there is more to say about it. Thanks for the support
