Need a logo! #28

I need to make a logo for CrmAdo - and then use this for the Visual Studio Extension and also the Wix Installer.

found a free one here: https://www.iconfinder.com/iconsets/Hosting_Icons just added "CrmAdo" text to it!

This isn't great but it will do for now.
