Automatic GitHub Release Creation with Assets #36

I am going to leverage my new utility: https://github.com/dazinator/GithubReleaseCreator

  1. Add the NuGet package: https://www.nuget.org/packages/GithubReleaseCreator/
  2. Get TeamCity to call it on successful "publish release" builds to create the GitHub release with artifacts attached, and nicely formatted release notes.
