Expose following properties in metadata queries for selection. #43

Enable the following to be retrieved when selecting attribute metadata:

Ordinal (System.Int16)
DataType (string)
MaxLength (System.Int32)
Precision (System.Byte)
Scale (System.Int32)
IsNullable (bool)
DefaultValue

By exposing these metadata properties, we will be consistent with other ADO.net providers. This will also make it easier to resolve this issue: dazinator/CrmAdo.Ddex#5

Have re-opened this as these properties also need to be accessible via CrmDbMetadataReader
