Assign output parameters #6

After execution of a command, "output" parameters should be assigned appropriately.

Could use this mechanism to expose the response from the organisation service i.e @response will always be assigned the response - in case consumers really need to get access to it for any reason.

Will come back and look at this if there is a need later on, after EF is implemented.
